The charge is not just for postage-it helps cover the cost of preparing an invoice and shipping documentation, and of filling and carefully packing your order. If your order happens to get lost or damaged, we track it and replace it, free. We feel our charges are an excellent value,when you consider your cost of driving to and parking at a local store, and your time spent going to and from the store and waiting in line.
